16 Mills Road, Newcastle

The 16 Mills project has taken a vacant lot near the village of Newcastle, and provided 16 new units of housing within walking distance of local amenities.

986 Prospect Avenue, Rumford

Formerly the site of a vacant and burned down motel, this project has injected new life into the Virginia Neighborhood in Rumford.
